- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and chosen shipping method.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
- Please note the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We make all our pieces with extreme care and high quality production. We work closely with our delivery partner to ensure that you receive your piece in best condition and within delivery timeline.We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any refunds but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit if it satisfies the following conditions:
- An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching your order confirmation.
- The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
- The garment is not of the right size (in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece).
To be eligible for a exchange you must be satisfying the conditions mentioned above.
Please note that items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will gladly exchange your item for a different size, color, or style of equal value, provided it is in stock.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at demira.social@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once your return is received and inspected,Our team will connect with you and after providing necessary confirmations , we will process with exchange within 7 days.
Please note that exchange charges of both ways are to be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns & exchange that do not meet our return policy criteria.
We don’t offer return/exchange incase of:
- No return or exchange is available for international orders.
- Customized garments, including those tailored for specific size or color preferences, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Slight irregularities in color and texture are inherent to handwoven/digitally printed fabrics and techniques, adding a unique beauty to each purchase.
- Please note that variations in color may occur due to differences in screen rendering.

For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
